Personalized videos will be processed and fulfilled within 7 business days from the date of your order, but processing times may vary based on volume of orders, holiday periods, and other unforeseen circumstances. All other items will be processed and fulfilled within 3-7 business days from the date of order. Please note that processing times refer to the time it takes to fulfill your order. Shipping times are separate and will depend on the shipping method selected and your location.

We offer shipping within the United States. Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout, and delivery time will depend on your location and the shipping method selected. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or unforeseen circumstances.

If you provide an incorrect or incomplete address during checkout, we are not responsible for the delivery of the package. We will not send a replacement or issue a refund if the package is lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If your package is returned to us due to failure to deliver, we will issue a refund for the item cost, excluding any shipping charges. If you would like to receive the package, you will need to place a new order.
